Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Cairn account and data any of these ways.

Other ways to delete your account

  1. In the Cairn app, go to More → Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  2. If you no longer have access to the app, email support@cairnpethealth.com from the email address on your Cairn account and ask us to delete it.

Certain records may be retained as required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Confirm account deletion

This can't be undone. Your account will be deactivated immediately and:

  • Your name, email, and phone number will be cleared from your profile
  • Your pets and their names will be removed from your account
  • Your clinics will lose access to your pets' data
